Welcome to the Starbuzz Factory Project page. As the CEO of the Ukrainian branch of Starbuzz Tobacco Inc., I led the creation and development of a fully licensed, full-cycle tobacco factory. This project showcases my expertise in managing complex manufacturing processes, integrating advanced technologies, and developing innovative products. • Received a state license for the official production of excise tobacco products
• Carried out a full certification of production with own laboratory
• Organised manufacturing of dozens details from scratch to final product in the box
• Developed and created marketing and promotional campaigns for new products
• Launched, set up sales network and distribution channels for new products to the market
• Made export of thousands own products to partners and distributors in USA and EU.
• Participated in international expo and festivals
Achievements: built a successful working model of manufacturing business, created and sold over 70k+ different products with turnover >2M EUR, implemented unique handcrafted products to the company’s portfolio
